Hi Everyone
I'm new on here and have over 100 pounds to lose (actually it's more like 150lbs) Anyway, I've purchased some exercise DVDS to help me get started. The thing I want to know is my sister has lost 100 pounds in the last 7 months and she's done this with a combination of healthy eating and working out. She does the 10 minute solutions kettlebell ultimate fat burner a few times a week which is basically made up of 10 minute workouts with kettlebells.....you choose how many 10 minute workouts you want to do each time, you can 1 - 5 each time. I was wondering if anyone knows how many calories each 10 minute segments burn.....its clearly working for my sister as she's covered in sweat and totally knackered after doing 3 or 4. Would really appreciate some advice here as it doesn't state in MFP exercise database this workout. :flowerforyou:

I use two different kettlebell workouts and I usually record my time under exercise as low impact aerobics for whatever time I do that day. It might not be the most accurate way to capture the calories burned, but it was the only way I could figure out to do it.0

under cardiovascular exercise they do list Jillian shred it with weights which is a kettleball workout (you can do it with Kettleballs or weights) That may a way for you to log it.0

Hi there!
Welcome to the site...I'm kind of a newbie too!
I'm in my second week of doing the 6 Weeks Kettlworx workout challenge and they say that 20mins kettlebell training equals to about 400 calories burned...I hope this helps you.0
