I have been on the search for a suitable bread substitute, and have finally been successful. I HIGHLY recomend Rudi's Gluten Free Bakery Orginal sandwich bread. It's light, the texture is the same, and it tastes the closest to real bread. Check it out, you won't be disapointed!!

my sons girlfriend is gluten free. She can still tolerate Aunt Millies Light Potato Bread. And, its only 35 calories per slice. I eat it all the time now. It is a whole lot cheaper than the speciality bread and last a lot longer too. Just got it bogo free

I tried potato bread and just can't do it, I'd rather go with out. But thanks for the info!!
