How do you calculate calories burned

Is there somewhere you can go to calculate calories burned, started Jillian Michaels ripped in 30 last night & I am not sure how to enter that in my diary

The only way to know 100% is to get a heart rate moniter. However, Jillian's DVDs seem to line up best with general circuit training.0

using a HRM, if you don't have an HRM or know your average HR during the exercise you can log it as circuit training, or something similar0

Heart Rate Monitor is the only way to get an accurate calorie burn. MFP is not accurate and there is no calculation to do unless you have an HRM.
But you can log it under circuit traning for 30 minutes!
BTW...I love JM workouts. They are great! If you need any help on picking out an HRM I know a little about them. I also bought mine on Amazon because you can get the same product for much cheaper. Feel free to message me.0 -
