WE TRIED THIS LAST WEEKEND AND IT SEEMED LIKE PEOPLE LIKED IT, SO I FIGURED WE COULD GIVE THIS ONE A GO ONCE MORE.

THE "100" CHALLENGE:

YOU CAN DO 100 MINS OF WORKOUTS OR YOU CAN DIVIDE UP DIFFERENT EXERCISES UNTIL YOU HAVE DONE SOMETHING 100 TIMES.

EXAMPLE:
20 CRUNCHES
20 JUMPING JACKS
20 MINS 30 DAY SHRED
40 MINS OF WALKING

YOU CAN DIVIDE IT UP HOWEVER YOU LIKE, EVEN IF YOU JUST DO 100 CRUNCHES. IT IS TOTALLY UP TO YOU HOW YOU MAKE THE "100" CHALLENGE. HAVE FUN WITH IT!! POST BACK AND LET ME KNOW HOW YOU ARE GONNA DO IT!!

AND AS ALWAYS, DRINK UP THE OZ.'s OF WATER!!!

ALSO, IF ANY OF YOU ARE WANTING TO MAKE UP A CHALLENGE, MESSAGE IT TO ME AND I WILL POST IT IN THE NEXT FEW DAYS. I WOULD LOVE TO SEE SOMEONE ELSES IDEAS! HAVE A GREAT DAY!

    I generally do 100-200 crunches a night, regardless of what my workout earlier in the day was, so I'll take this challenge. :bigsmile:

    Hmmmm . . . ok . . . I will take this challenge today. My plan: 25 min bike ride, 25 min elliptical, 20 min 30 day shred, 20 min wii Just Dance (quite the work out for the arms) and I'll use my 10 remaining minutes walking. Ok - better get going to start my stuff - since it's so hot I need to get it done early :)

    Jillian Michaels 30 day shred dvd, each level is about 20 mins. It's a good workout too.
