I go on Vacation in middle of August for about a week and 1/2 I will be roughly 5-6 weeks in my program (give or take) When I get back should I continue where I left off ? or start all over again? I will be exercising I hope on vacation my sister has a treadmill and I am sure the 1 day at the hotel I can get swimming and what not in- Will also be at the ocean Jet skiing , "wading" staying pretty active I hope

  • if I were in your position, i wouldnt start all over again, especially if you are going to get some excercise during your days off. I think its ok to continue, 5-6 weeks is too much to start over all again.

since you are going to still be active, I would pick up where I left off. If I find myself not able to keep up, then I would take it back a notch.
  • The exercise you get in on your vacation probably won't be as 'intense', but you can give it a shot when you get back where you left off. Just see how you do and how you feel during the workout. I found myself in a similar situation and ended up having to work my way up to the level I was at previously over a few days.

I'm going on a 2 week vacation at the end of next (about 5-6 weeks into Turbo Fire) and when I get back, I will just be picking up where I left off. It's not a long enough break from the program to warrant starting over.

I would just pick up where you left off. Just try to be active as much as you can while on vacation. I think you'll surprise yourself on how ready you'll be to pick up where you left off!

Pick up where you left off for sure. But why not bring some of your DVDs?

Sounds great to me! Have fun! Make good food choices when you can, be active when you can but have fun. No guilt. And if the scale goes up a bit when you get back, I'm sure it'll be worth it.
