Hey everyone!
Just wondered if anyone could offer me some feedback on my food diary. I've lost 12 pounds out of a 40 pound goal so far (yey!) but would really appreciate some advice on ways to improve my diet!

I only looked back a few days but I saw very little in the way of vegetables in your diet.0

to many carbs, not enough of the right foods. Looks like you eat the same foods every day, which isnt going to help, more fruit, more veg, less carbs. Lean meats, fish, etc0

You could maybe try and work at getting your 5 a day in for fruits and veg?0

I'd try to cook proper meals sometimes rather than relying on the very processed WeightWatchers stuff. With portion control you could make something for the same calories that's much healthier.0

i try to go low(er) carb, i havetn changed setting just try and only eat less than 100 a day. I just dont eat, bread, potatoes, rice and pasta, more cous cous, black rice, etc...try eating wholemeal things instead of white flour, thats a start.0

Thanks! I'm going to give that a go i think, i'm still pretty clueless when it comes to how much of each thing i should be eating.0 -
it all comes in time, when your new to it, or havent looked into it very much its all guess work. I sat down and researched so much when i started and joined this site, looking into all sorts of eating habit, low carbs, all about protien etc, what works for one doesnt work for someone else so, my adivce research research research, teach yourself about food, diets, ingredient, etc....dont just look at carbs, cals etc look at the sugar, the sodium, when one is low theother is high..youll get there, add me if you like....im always around .. good luck0
