Hello,
I'm new to myfitnesspal !
I want to loose weight, 50-80 pounds during the next 1-2 years ... I want to go slow and i dont really believe in diet ! If i make effort to loose weight i dont want to retake it later !
I currently use My fitness pal to calculate how much calories i'm eating and then i want to adjust my food and my portion to slowly loose weight ...
I started to exercise too , of course ! but my summer is so busy with the kids , i'm not sure ill really commit to my trainning plans before the "back to school " of my kids!
I really love the iPhone application ! Its very simple and handy!
I hope to read you on the forum !

The phone application is just wonderful - I honestly can't say I would be sticking to MFP if I didn't have the phone app because I rarely, if ever, logon to the PC in the evening or on the weekends so it's come in handy for me that's for sure. Good luck with your weightloss journey/goals!0
