My neighborhood is inclining or declines no flat surface. A complete lap around my duplexes is .33 miles. It takes me 4.5 minutes for each lap. I make six and a half during my workout time. By the end I am pouring and panting like I just ran a race.

Lap 1 (2 pond hand weight) 3.5 Walking Pace
Lap 2 (No weight) 4.0 Walking Pace
Lap 1 (2 pond hand weight) 3.5 Walking Pace
Timer Off (Bicep Curls, Lateral, Frontals, Rows, Kickbacks and Overhead Press - 12 reps each without stopping)
Lap 4 (2 pond hand weight) 3.5 Walking Pace
Lap 5 (No weight) 4.0 Walking Pace
Lap 6 (2 pond hand weight) 3.5 Walking Pace
Timer Off (Bicep Curls, Lateral, Frontals, Rows, Kickbacks and Overhead Press - 12 reps each without stopping)
Lap 7 (No Weight) 3.5 up and down highest slope in my neighborhood
Abs and Leg Toning with BOSA ball.

I logged it 50 minutes of general circuit but the entire workout was about 65 minutes?

What is your best guess? Am I cheating myself? Am I giving myself too much credit?

That's a great looking circuit! Why not average out the calories MFP gives you for an hour of walking and an hour of circuits?

That average was about 413 for the workout but I could not factor in the downhill walking. Other than that it was a really good possibility. Thanks :flowerforyou:
