    I drink smoothies almost every day. I use 4 oz almond milk, 4oz plain low fat yogurt, 1 tablespoon either peanut or almond butter and 1/2 cup of blueberries or a berry blend. I don't use bananas because they give me the worst heartburn. Sometimes I will add a handful of baby spinach to get my greens. If it's too thick I add water.

    1 cup Cranberry Juice (100%)
    1 - 1 1/2 cup frozen berries (make sure no sodium added)
    Whey protein powder (make sure it's lactose free)
    1-2 packets of Stevia (all natural sweetener)
    1 tsp Flaxseed oil (fibrous, makes you feel more full, and full of Omega - 3's!)

    Very healthy and tasty!!

    1 cup orange juice or 1 orange, ice, and 2 scoops Vi-Shape Nutritional Shake Mix!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Here is my favorite recipe:

    1 cup almond milk
    1/2 banana
    15 pitted cherries
    1 scoop chocolate protein powder
    1 tbsp of unsweetened cocoa

    1/2 cup Tazo organic chai tea concentrate
    1/2 cup Silk unsweetened almond milk
    1 scoop vanilla protein powder
    ice

    Blend all ingredients and you're on your way! Tastes just like a vanilla chai tea latte!
