Does your skin ever catch up to your weight loss?? I used to be very active as a kid/teen/young adult and very muscular, baked in the sun - killed my skin. I've let myself go, and now for the first time, I'm flabby. Will working out eventually tighten up the skin to the weight loss? I hope!

Maybe for you, since as a teen you were lean and muscular. Me I've lost and gained weight so many times my skin has only tightened up a little and still more flabby than I would like it to be. Oh well I just try to live with it!! LOL

I'm holding on to the hope that strength training will help!

After losing around 60 lbs with a bit more to go I have flabby areas and some loose skin. Exercise, cardio, and weight training are helping a lot. I may always have some flabbier areas but building muscle is really improving my overall appearance. I'm 55. After losing this weight and exercising regularly I feel at least 10 years younger!
