I was wondering I see a lot of post about so many inches lost what's the best way to lose both at the same and what workout DVDs are most best to do?

I go to the gym 5 days a week and do various workouts such as.....i walk on the tradmill usually 20-30 mins do the elliptical 10-15 mins and also use the weight machines like leg presses, hip abduction adduction, shoulder presses, ab crunches, and bycept curls. so far in about 2 weeks of working out i have lost about 2 1/2 inches0
