Hey everyone,
if you were wondering about the topic it means hey in arabic
so I wanted to share with you
I'm 19 years old
5,11
and I weight 186 currently
also I consider myself, medium- large structure
and soon I'll be leaving to US to pursue me studies there (freshman)
although my weight have been going and coming between a healthy MBI and overweight
I just decided BIG NO I want to be slim and I want a 10 size
Now, I've been here for 5 days, I didn't really stick to the 1200 calories but I did exercise (I'm really sore now) and I'm getting better at eating less and exercising more
please encourage me and tell me did you really get rid of weight from the first week ?

Honestly, I just got back "on the wagon" after eating terribly this summer This was my first week and I barely squeaked in a 1 lb loss. When I first started earlier this year my first real loss was the 2nd and 3rd weeks. Good luck, you can do it!0
