Workouts for Injuries

So, I was taking a gentle stroll yesterday and somehow managed to pull that muscle that runs up your inner thigh to your hip as well as the one that runs down the outside of your hip. Mostly it presents as an intense lower back pain, I think because the hip is pulling on my back. I can walk, but it's painful, and there's no way I can continue the JM Ripped in 30 I was in the middle off.

But I still need to do something to keep burning calories. I'm also afraid that if I stop entirely I'll lose all the endurance and strength it's taken me forever to build. Can someone suggest gentle exercises that I could do that won't make things worse, and that might even help?

Seriously, you need to listen to your body and rest. Taking a day or two off is not going to hurt you, but pushing yourself could cause a serious injury that leads to more time off than you want.
