I've got this delicious mango salsa recipe (mango, red onion, red pepper flake, cilantro, rice vinegar) that great with grilled tuna steak. I'm thinking of pairing it with tuna for a cold tuna salad-type concoction. Any thoughts?

  • Sounds amazing :D Tuna's so healthy for you too. DO IT. The worse that could go wrong is that it doesn't taste good! Could also develop something new, just for tuna if it isn't good :)

    Variation:
    - take out the tuna & add 8 oz canned pineapple tidbits
    - add fresh jalapeno instead of red pepper flake
