Peri- and Post-Menopausal Women -- Anyone trying testosteron

A while back, my doctor mentioned the idea of taking what she called a "whiff" of testosterone to help with various symptoms and ailments.

I did a bit of online research, and am interested in the testosterone cream rather than the pills. Anyone tried that? If so, what results did you see? Better energy? Libido? What else?

I tried the cream awhile back and didn't have too much luck....only a slight improvement in the common peri-menopause symptoms. I would highly recommend Maca though. You can find a thousand things about it by just Googling it. Its a root (like a radish) that you can buy in powder or capsule form. it grows in Peru and has been used for thousands of years with zero side effects. It is FINALLY starting to catch on in the US and it's nothing short of amazing for the same peri and post symptoms. I LOVE t!! Wishing you well.
