Feeling myself up. Just kidding...kinda.

I caught myself this morning repeatedly wrapping my arms around my stomach because I could feel that it was smaller than it had been! After hating my stomach for so long, it was nice to finally give it some loving!!
Anybody else able to feel that parts of your body are actually smaller? Anybody else not able to keep their hands off those parts?

I keep flexing my biceps in the mirror. No more wobbly bat wings!0

Everytime I sit down in the shower, I notice how much smaller my thighs are getting. Then I can't stop from flexing my legs and feeling up my slowly developing muscles LOL0

Ha ha . I run my hands down my stomach while I run. I love the way muscles feel0

I am always surprized when I corss my arms how much smaller my upper arms are now and I can actually cross my legs now. Before they were too big/my gut got in the way. Oh, and I look at my ankles all the time now becasue I no longer have "cankles"! LOL0

Ahh!! HELP ME! I weighed about 178 when I was younger than 13!! I lived in NY where every fast food place imaginable was in walking distance YIKES! All I ate was McDonald's every day...YUCK! So because of that, I've lost about 40 pounds but my arms are still fat I'm doing weights, push ups and working on my tri-ceps. I'm starting to think that taking those diet pills to lose fat, like Hydroxycut or of the sort is only my last resort to losing the little fat i want to lose >:|0 -
I've been walking around with my hands on my hips...there are BONES in there! I had no idea.
Also, I now have quad muscles. Am completely amazed by how strong I'm feeling now!0 -
Hahaha no its not weird, I do this with my waist and I love checking out my back in the mirror.
I also frisk myself when Im looking for my cell phone because it sometimes gets tucked into my bra (im a D-cup so its well hidden!)
And I was t-boned recently, a patient asked how my boobs were (female and married thankfully!) kind confused I said one was bruised and asked why. She had recently read an article about why wearing an underwire was good, a girl was bra-less t-boned at 60 mph and the seatbelt sliced through half her boob! Anyone I tell this to (including me when she told me) instantly rubs their boobs and or cups them0 -
Yes !! I keep going to the mirror and looking over
and over0 -
I frequently let my husband attend my "Gun Show"   I have never had definition in my arms because I hated lifting weights. I still do hate lifting weights, but the benefits exceed that feeling!0

Maybe it's because I spend a fair amount of time at the computer so they're always in front of me, but at the moment I'm mildly obsessed with my hands and wrists. I still have a LONG way to go, but I'm already noticing the difference in my hands. My fingers are thinner (my wedding ring fell off the other day!) and the bones in my wrists are becoming more defined.0

My breasts.
No, I'm not kidding, lol!
They used to be ginormous... I'm a huge breast feeding advocate, my last baby was 100% breast milk until she was 8 1/2 months old. The size? 38J. That is 38" around my ribs, 48" around the largest part of them.
Now they're a nice little handful (30" around my ribs, 36" around the biggest part), not as perky as when I was a teenager, but I'll take them!
Guess I grab on them quite a bit, my youngest (now 3) has started squeezing them again, lol! Whatever, I'm pretty proud of what I've accomplished!0 -
LOL Every morning when I wake up I feel up my belly and my hips to make sure they are still smaller.0

I'm constantly touching my shoulders, collar bones, chest, and hips. Now I can feel bones there instead of fat!0

I like flexing my leg muscles because there is so much definition now! Nothing wrong with being happy about your new body! Just don't give yourself a squeeze in public.... that could get you some weird looks  My husband is constantly grabbing me by the hips, because my hip bones stick out again (not in like, a gross bony way) and that's his favorite :blushing:0
