Hello everyone,
I've been using my fitness pal from my phone but thought I'd check the boards out & get some encouragement. I joined the YMCA in March this yr & before that was only exercising by doing the Jillian 30 day shred which I started in Jan....from Jan to March I lost 6 lbs. Then gained it back. I have been exercising regularly since I started the ymca. At least 2-3 x per week but most of the time it's more often than that. I am also in a boot camp class at the ymca. I am doing the "coach approach" system & I can track myself w/ the FitLinx system. All I have done is maintain my weight.....I know I'm building muscle but I thought this far in I would start losing. I'm becoming more & more frustrated!! I know a main part of it is diet & I'm NOT a good dieter.
I never had a wt problem until I had 2 children & after I turned 30.......I would like to get my tummy toned & lose 15-20 lbs.....
