Low-Fat Orange Dream Cheesecake

1 HONEY MAID Honey Graham, crushed
2/3 cup boiling water
1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Orange Flavor Sugar Free Gelatin
1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN 2% Milkfat Low Fat Cottage Cheese
1 tub (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Fat Free Cream Cheese
2 cups thawed COOL WHIP FREE Whipped Topping

SPRINKLE crumbs onto bottom of 8- or 9-inch springform pan sprayed with cooking spray.

STIR boiling water into dry gelatin mix in large bowl at least 2 min. until completely dissolved. Cool 5 min.; pour into blender. Add cheeses; blend well. Pour into large bowl. Gently stir in whipped topping. Pour into prepared pan; smooth top.

REFRIGERATE 4 hours or until set. Remove rim of pan before serving. Store leftovers in refrigerator.

**SubstituteSubstitute 9-inch pie plate for the springform pan. Special ExtraGarnish with fresh mint sprigs and/or thin orange slices just before serving.

    Also, freak this recipe out a little bit...it's just Jello...try lemon, lime, strawberry, etc.
    Play around with it a bit to see what you like.

    I personally enjoy the lime... :wink:

    That's what it says, I've never made it just like this.
    I figure you can use whatever amount of grahams you want, just make sure you factor that into the calorie count. Remember, it's low fat... I would have to use WAY more then just one graham cracker though.

    Also, some suggested using plain/vanilla yogurt in place of cottage cheese. Be careful not to make it too sweet though. You can also add a little more cream cheese if you are going for a cheesecake type mouth feel.

    Lime Chiffon Pie

    2/3 cup boiling water
    1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Lime Flavor Sugar Free Gelatin
    ice cubes
    1/2 cup cold water
    1-1/2 tsp. grated lime peel
    2 Tbsp. lime juice
    2 cups thawed COOL WHIP FREE Whipped Topping
    1 ready-to-use reduced-fat graham cracker crumb crust (6 oz.)

    STIR boiling water into dry gelatin mix in large bowl at least 2 min. until completely dissolved. Add enough ice to cold water to measure 1 cup. Add to gelatin; stir until ice is completely melted. Stir in lime peel and juice.

    ADD whipped topping; stir with wire whisk until well blended. Refrigerate 15 to 20 min. or until mixture is very thick and will mound. Spoon into crust.

    REFRIGERATE at least 4 hours or overnight. Store leftover pie in refrigerator.

    I LOVE the lime one.... I ALWAYS use a full crust...you can always used the reduced fat ones too.

    This is one of my favorite desserts & yes it really is only one grahm cracker it gives the flavor of a crust without all the calories:love:
