Not a certain food but more of how good whole & real food tastes compared to low-fat, low-carb, low-sugar crap is!

Avocados, ground turkey & chicken, pan fried zucchini, spinach & cabbage to name a few. I am pleasantly suprised on how much I like these "healthy" foods and am, in general, not missing some of my old favorites.

Greek yogurt, for suresies! Om nom nom

Brussels sprouts, mustard, tomatoes and cooked portabello mushrooms (substituted for a patty on a hamburger).

Cooked vegetables in general--I used to only eat everything raw.

Drooling all over my keyboard right now.

KALE. Can't get enough. Also, I would never touch so many things that I now eat all the time -- mushrooms and almonds are two that come to mind.

Salads! I used to think folks who ate salads at lunch or dinner were nuts. Now I love them and actually crave them occasionally.

    brussell sprouts and hummus

Together? I have 1 brussel sprout for christmas dinner but thats all I can handle.

For me I love toasted seeds & almonds. 0% fat greek yoghurt with a little bit of honey, and swapping everything possible for wholegrain.

Egg white omelettes (and eggs in general), roasted cauliflower, chick peas, trail mix and fish. Although - I always liked these foods, I just never chose them over unhealthier options.
