    LOL, Yes I even suggested MFP to my boss to help him and his wife lose weight.They're only in there 40s but he just kept telling me all the reasons why it would work. I don't know if he's using it, but he did mention that I might be right about portion control and he started walking, that's a start!

    My work recently had a biggest loser weight challenge and a site like this was recommended so if they saw I think they would look at it as healthy tool that helps me cost them less money in sick days and insurance!! Hehehe!!
