need some snack ideas-low on carbs!

I've realized that everything I like to snack on is high on carbs, so I need to find some alternatives....today I had a yogurt, an apple & some almonds, but typically I will have crackers, rice cakes...stuff like that...I need to break my card addiction!!!

    I'm loving low-fat cottage cheese! Mix in a tablespoon of salsa and eat with celery sticks or other veggies. It sounds gross, but it's awesome :)

    I have bought a box of Kellogg's All Bran Buds. I eat them as my snacks. They are full of fiber. Sometimes I even throw about 1/3 cup of fresh blueberries in w/them.

    kale chips, apples, almonds, blueberries, sunflower seeds, carrots and hummus, cucumbers, celery with peanut butter, cabbage (I love cabbage)...

    I love lauging cow light french onion cheese. I dip fresh veggies in in (sugar snap peas, cucumbers, carrots, celery), or I will have it on crackers. Tastes so good!! Its my favorite snack right now.

    oh an I also love slicing an apple and dipping in 1 TBL natural peanut butter.

    salads, egg,chicken salads, tuna salads, eggplant burger(use eggplant cut in bun shape instead of bread bun)
    zuichinni chips(Cut in thin pieces like crisps and bake)
    also Shrimp Cocktail is delicious! :D

    Fiber on cottage cheese is good.
    I also love a sliced pepper and hummus

    hummus and veggies, peanut/almond/cashew butter with carrots or celery, low fat cheese stick with veggies or apple slices.

    YUM! i love black olives! Just gotta watch the salt! I like to cut some up and put in cottage cheese and some scallions! sounds gross but its good!
