Need Help with Food Diary

Hi there! I am a newbie to the site and was wondering if you experienced MFP can give me clarity and direction. I list my food and exercise and the system always comes back with you have more calories to use. Well, I don't want to use them if I am not hungry. So my question is this, if I do not take the calories and don't hit my daily calorie intake, is this bad for me, or is it good in hitting my goal of losing the weight???

    I suggest you do a search on eating 1200 calories or eating exercise calories and see what has been posted in the past about this subject.
