Hello.

Just introducing myself. On here trying to lose some weight.

I just started two days ago tracking on the site, though I've been doing my exercise routine for about 3 weeks now and have already lost maybe 3-5 pounds.

My advice questions revolve around my food intake/exercise.

I try not to exercise like crazy, but I do have a gym membership.

Being as I have free time currently during the day I make it a point to walk everywhere on top of my gym exercise.

Currently just going to and from the gym I walk 3 miles at a brisk pace first going down hill and then coming up hill. I use google maps to calculate the mileage and try to keep a small sweat, but no labored breathing when I walk. In addition I do 28 minutes on the elliptical using the weight loss program and also 9 toning exercises in 4 sets of 10 reps each.

According to the site I still have 1200 calories to consume today after breakfast and lunch! Seems like a ton and I don't know where I'm going to get them. I don't want to junk them out, but also I don't think my stomach can take a ton of low calorie food either as I am full with lunch.

Should I cut down on the exercise? or what are some snacks that are a good balance of healthy and give you decent calories that I can incorporate into my day? I don't want to go into starvation mode.

Lastly, I tried adding my weight exercises but I see the site does not account for calories burned, any good sites to get that info?

Thanks in advance.
