Crunches!?

I plan on doing 150 of them and I was wondering how do I put them under on my exercises if its Calisthenics, do I put it under light or heavy and for mins do I just put how long it took me to do all 150?
I need help I'm confused. =/

I wish they had a counter option for that sort of thing.
I usually just put it as how long I did them.0 -
Maybe use "Calisthenics (pushups, sit-ups), vigorous effort" category?
If you have a HRM, that would probably be best.0 -
Hi - if you search for sit ups under strength training then it asks you for how many reps and then how many sets of those reps....eg if you do 10 sets of 10 reps thats 100 sit ups.....

I just gave up and got a HRM and label it "Trainer's Program" with the calories0
