Are exercises I do with my own body weight considered weight training?
I do a massive amount of sit-ups, push-ups, planks, ab workouts, hip flexor workouts, squats, e tc and don't want to have to log each one under a different cardio. I do them in sets (and log them into strength) with a 30 second rest in between each, I just don't know if I'm logging the amount of time correctly. Without the rests I do about 30 minutes of strength training a day.
Should I bother logging the cardio of it at all?

The way I do it is to use the Strength Training entry, and use the total number of minutes I was lifting (including rest time). So, last night I did an upper body workout and it took me 1 hour and 10 minutes... I logged 70 minutes of strength training. The calories seem to be realistic (if not low) doing it that way.0
