Hey everybody, i wanted to introduce myself. My name is Courtney, and i have been battling with weight gain for about two years now. A friend showed me this website about a week ago, and i really do find it helpful & figured id try the message boards. I had gained 50-55lbs in a matter of ONE year from stress, drinking beer everyday, etc. I have lost 40lbs now, and am very proud of that.
I need to lose another 10lbs in order to be at my original weight. 140lbs. Can anybody help me get motivated? I pay for a gym membership, 60$ a month, and i dont even go! Its difficult because im busy often, and the days im not, i am exhausted. How can i get energy, and motivation to workout! I also LOVE to cook, anyone know of good healthy diet recipes?
