I downloaded the app for my iphone a few months ago but let it slip as im generally lazy, started again over the last 8 days and lost a couple of pounds!! Hopefully with plenty of encouragement tips from here I can keep it up to get to achieve my goals.. First is to get out of the "Obese" category.. Im only just over the border but still 10 pounds or so.. Then the big one to get to a healty weight...
