I just tried this for breakfast. It was so good.
Great Value - Fat Free Cottage Cheese Small Curd, 1/2 cup
Hershey's - Lite Chocolate Syrup, 2 tbsp
Coffee - Instant, regular, 3 fl oz
Splenda - No Calorie Sweetener, 3 tsp
Great Value - Vanilla Yogurt, Light, 3 oz
. Ice - as much as desired

Blend the coffee and the cottage cheese until smooth. Add remaining ingredients.

Adapt the splenda and chocolate syrup as needed. I used the magic bullet blender to mix it so I filled it up with ice.

It has
177 cals
27 carbs
0 fat
18 grams of protein

Once you blend it with the coffee, it's smooth. My kids even drink it when I do a fruity one with oj and yogurt.

It's not sweet, but the chocolate and splenda let you make it as sweet as you like.
