I had to share these two NSVs I had today:
1) My water exercise instructor told me that my stomach is looking firmer!
2) I went to Men's Wearhouse to pick-up some pants that were being taken in as well as drop off more to get tailored. The tailor told me that this round of alterations was the last one I have for the pants I had before beginning the weight loss program and MFP.
It certainly made my day!!!
