How do I enter a sculpt class on here?

If i is a class in the database then you simply go to exercise, add cardiovascular, search for sculpt, fill in your time and click add.

If it isn't however, do the similar go to exercise, add cardiovascular, search for sculpt and at the bottom add a new exercise. You will most likely have to have some idea about what you burn (a HRM may help here) or find a similar type of class already on the database to use as an estimate
