Good morning my luverly MFPer's! 11_2_104.gif

How you all be today? popcorn2.gif

Me? I'm sore and feel like I've been run over by a truck......I took a week or two off of working out bang_head.gif And now for the past three days, I've done my 3 toughest workouts (TaeBo) and then also added in 30 minutes of Biggest Loser Sculpt. Feels great to be back in it. boogiesmilie.gif But I'm sooooooooooooooooooo sore! sad030.gif

    Sorry to hear you're suffering - I suggest you go take a nice warm bubble bath and relax in the loverly healing water - try some aromatherapy oils too - lavender or camamile are both very soothing
