Working out when feeling dizzy/tired/headachey?

Wow everyone! thanks for the dozens of replies. I am eating 1200 calories a day and I should probably be eating healthier/more nutritious foods. I make sure not to work out too strenuously and I definitely do not push myself if I am dizzy/too tired. I'm gonna start going on walks outside. Maybe I am just being too much of a homebody and eating too much non-healthy stuff. I also learned that they painted out apartments and I noticed the fumes are making me nauseous whenever I go outside.
I will try some new things to help myself feel better
edit: BTW I live in Federal Way, WA (near seattle)0
