    Just started eating a lot better and walking every day. Turning down cake at birthday parties.. eating whole grain.. I still eat all of the foods I love, just in moderation. I love working out now. Just joined the gym again and hope to lose more weight soon even though is be happy just staying the weight I'm at now. I like some meat on my bones :0)
