So I decided to take my measurments today...I am on day 2 of level 3 of the 30 DS. I haven't lost a ton of inches from the shred itself...but since joining MFP 86 days ago I have lost 16 inches total!! 6 of those were around my waist (that DOES have a lot to do with the shred). YAY! :laugh:
