Need some help, Please

Can't beat myself up, since January I have gone down 3.8% body fat, gained 9 pounds of muscle....but I have stayed that same weight with in five pounds! I am really looking forward to dropping some pounds. If you can please look at my food log and my exercise log and tell me what I can do. I can build muscle but for some reason I can't seem to loose any weight. Thanks

    What is your height and weight?
    Secondly, I find that eating less at night gives me a better read out on the scale.
    I think it's due to the fact that the body can utilize food right away when you are up and about, doing activities and using up energy.
    And lastly, the only time I got past a plateau was when I worked out really hard every single day for a week. Lost 2 lbs, have kept it off since. Now I'm steadily losing.

    Can't do both at the same time. You can lose fat or gain muscle, but they are mutually exclusive.

    cmriverside So what should I do to loose fat and not gain muscle.
