I want to be your buddy to lose 30 lbs., even though my goal is 90 total. I am very excited.
I need to encourage you that soups with some meat, chicken for my preference for cholesterol reasons, then tons of veggies. Dr. Oz show was telling us to make the veggies the main part of the meal and the meat the side dish......I seriously don't crave sweets, ice cream, cookies n chocolate were my favorites......I eat 1/2 c. fat free cottage cheese n 1 c. of non fat vanilla yogurt, if you can look on someones food diary of someone who has lost 30+ lbs you will find the answers that you are looking for......hope this helps you alot.
