Water?!

Hiya
Just a question regarding water, water retention and weight loss. This week I've been to the gym each day, burning more or less 500cals per time. I've been drinking water (also coffee in the morning) but just about cut out any fizzy drinks etc. Thing is, I seem to need the loo so much more than usual. Is this normal?! It's definately not normal for me!

    yep its normal!! more water i drink more i go.......

    Perfectly normal! Also I was stuck at a certain weight for ages and started drinking my water and have lost 5lb since this Friday! So i am now a water convert
