New member...1st time posting.

HI ALL!

I've been using my fitness pa for about 3 weeks now. I just updated my profile and thought I would post to introduce myself. I'm married with 2 boys and a crazy work schedule. I started running and watching what I eat in February 2010. I lost 100 lbs from February to October. During the holidays and winter I gained 30 lbs back. I've now redirected myself to reach the goal that I started with a little over a year ago of 225 lbs; my starting weight in Feb 2010 was 345.

    Wow that is an amazing weight loss! Well done.

    I'm new too and really hoping this is going to help me. I want to lose around 35 pounds.
