Hi folks recently joined, anyone cycling the lovely lanes on North Hants.


and..

anyone have advice on sore quads I have cycled 225 km in last week and still sore since Sunday ...worried that will put me off and suspect may be doing something wrong as I only lost 2 ilbs last week and tool indicated 5lbs
