    The scale is your enemy my friend. Hoorah on sticking with your plan!! sounds like you are getting fit and adding muscle

    I find this to be true and so only weigh myself when I feel my clothes are looser or someone comments that I look thinner. Otherwise I just stress out about it all the time and stress negates the effects of good eating by making us retain weight even put it on....eeek!
