These pants are from my heaviest (344). They are size 54. I realize now I really need to breakdown and buy some new pants... I was able to button some old size 44s but they were waaaaayyy too tight to wear comfortably. I'm thinking I'm probably a 47-48 now... We'll see when I get to the store.
