Vacation *Rant*

Rawr. I went to Florida for a week with my family....everyday I was extremely active. Yet, I still managed to gain weight.


I went for walks, I went swimming for at least and 1-1.5 hours a day, played raquetball, etc.
I ate healthy (no fast food, only went out to dinner once, minimal alcohol intake).
I logged everything and only ate back about half of my exercise calories.

So, what gives?!?! I swear that if I look at food the wrong way, I gain weight. If I'm not extremely militant about everything, I can't lose.

    Did you get a sunburn? Did you drink enough water? It's been super hot in the US, so I bet we're all retaining a bit because of the heat and humidity.

    Give it a few days to stabilize again now that you are home. I have gone away for a week, gained 5-8lbs then had it drop right back off in the following week plus my normal losses once I got back into my normal routine. Don't sweat it.

    I'm really hoping that these things are my problem right now! Just frustrating.
