Not seeing results, D15 in L2 of 30Dshred

I just weighed in and I am still at the weight I started at 2 weeks ago when I began the 30 day shred. I have only missed 1 day of exercise but my calorie intake has been steadily at 1200. I am so sad/frustrated/disappointed that I have not lost any weight in 2 weeks.

I did lose .5" on my hips and waist, I am trying to see that as a sign of hope that I will at least lose inches.

Any suggestions to help my body burn calories? I am starting to think that maybe I should do the 20 mt workout twice a day...please let me know if you have any suggestions.

    I say eat more, be very cautious of what your eating and drink plenty of water.

    I always think of Jillian on the Biggest Loser when she says something about the results at 2 weeks will never be less than they will next week. so wait a week and make sure you are eating enough so your body doesn't hold on to the fat.
