Just out of curiosity I was wondering what kind of cookware you all use, and why.
Personally I love to use corningware. It is versatile, easy to use easy to clean and I can usually find it cheap at garage sales.

    The majority of my pots and pans are non stick, so I can avoid all the extra oils and fats...just a light spray of Pam. I have tons of corningware for when I have something that needs to go into the oven, and pyrex too.
