Insanity Question

I have been doing Insanity only two times per week because I wanted to continue running as well.(I have been sticking with the calendar though) There just isn't enough time on my schedule to do both!
I've decided to stick with just Insanity for while and cut out running until I finish out the calendar. Next week is my recovery week with Cardio Core and Balance. I was wondering if I should skip that week and move on or should I just continue.
I hope this makes sense!

    Do the recovery week. It's there for a reason. You'll see when you start Month 2. *devilish grin* Good luck!

    We are finishing the Core Cardio Balance this week and I thought it was going to be a waste of time, but it's really good! I've really enjoyed it and there are some kick booty move combo's! I just love how Shaun T will say "jump higher", "go faster", then in the next breath he says "don't push too hard, this is your recovery week". :)

    Def do not skip the recovery week, its much needed! Your body will thank you! Month 2 is beyond hard!

    I kind of considered skipping it, too, because it becomes a bit monotonous, doing the same workout every day for 6 days, but its definitely worth it. It doesn't feel like a recovery workout, but it definitely helps you prepare for month two!! Im almost done with month 2 and will probly start over soon. "this *kitten* is bananas yo!" as shawn t says... lol have fun!!
