I'm trying not to let myself get too upset, I know that there are gonna be road blocks, and I just have to stick with it and push through.

But since like the end of September I've felt like I'm climbing up a mountain made of sand. For every foot up I get, I slip down another three.

Last week was REALLY bad. The first few days were good, then on thursday my appitite turned into a monster and I couldn't seem to get any motivation to workout. It showed in my weigh-in: a three pound gain. Now I know I didn't over-eat enough to gain three pounds of fat, so it has to be water-weight and such...but it's still so discouraging.

I did well yesterday, and I'm going to try and do well again today, but I just feel so out of control.

I've been having a rough time recently too with the same feeling. I've added 2lbs back on recently and that is so hard to deal with psychologically. We just need to remember that the only way this will go as we want it in the long term is to continue doing the right things even when it doesn't appear to matter or when our motivation is non-existent. You're not alone :flowerforyou:

You can do it! Hang in there. One step at a time (even through those hideous days) just "keep moving forward."
