Fitness program recommendations?

So shall I start with a little back story?
Early October of last year I found myself just under 140lbs and rising. I'm only 5'4" and I used to be 120lbs so it was really starting to show. I know that it wasn't anything really crazy, but I decided I needed to nip it in the bud before I let myself go any farther. Easier now then in another 20lbs.
I was introduced to this site. I've had a little bit of ups and downs but as of a couple days ago I've hit 125lbs.
Now I'm trying to focus more on toning up and replacing some fat with muscle as opposed to focusing on the scale. I started my first fitness DVD, Jillian Michaels' 6W6P, and I'm doing C25K.
I'm looking for other ones to try once I'm done. I've been hearing a lot about Insanity and P90X, etc, but I don't know if I'm at that level yet? Maybe after the JM DVD I will be?
I don't know, but if I could get some suggestions to expand my workout DVD collection I'd really appreciate it!
