Hi everyone

So I have a question I am usually pretty good about eating my exercise calories but these last two days, not so much. I am going out to dinner tonight with my cousins and know we will be drinking a beer or two and having a really good meal.

My question is should I go work out today knowing I had so many extra calories yesterday? Or should I just have a work out and not be worried about it? I made my profile open so you can take a look at my food intake the last couple days.

I would work out to prepare for what's to come tonight.

I think you should go work out, but maybe lighten up on it a bit. Just so you stay in the habit. Do something different, maybe? No idea how you work out to begin with, but... I guess it's more the principle of the thing for me.

Do your typical workout and then enjoy your dinner. Everything in moderation!

Sorry I thought if my profile was opening my diary would be too. Not you should be able to see it.

Exercise is always good do I would go. If you are drinking tonight, a longer workout is whatcha need but I wouldn't stress over it too much.

Yeah I agree. I am going in a few minutes, just waiting for my food to digest a little. Thanks for the responses.

Yes I would agree with this. And I would also think about exercise as not just a way to burn calories, but its good for you overall so if you're feeling up for it and have some time, I would say go for it!
