NSV - Real Data After Stalling on the Scale

I made the mistake of not taking measurements of myself when I started MFP. Then, when I stalled on the scale for 6+ weeks, I had nothing to fall back on except my "feeling" that things were better (clothes fit, more stamina, all that good stuff).And yes, that was a good feeling in itself.

But today, I got some hard core validation! I had my body fat measurements done w/calipers by the trainer at our college.
I am at 15.8% body fat!!
(+/- 3 point margin of error)

Normal for my age (40) is 18 - 26%, so I guess I'm doing things right after all!! Yippeee!

Now on to that 1/2 marathon thing I signed up for... :}
