Since I need to make myself accountable where should I put those calories?????? yesterday or today? Anyone else have this issue?

I understand what you are going through! I am a whole lot better because mentally I tell myself that I am not hungry and I do something else until I can go back to sleep. My sleeping habits are better since I started my exercise routine!!!. Its still a struggle for me at times since I am a emotional eater but I keep reminding myself the goals that I have to meet. So before you put anything in your mouth as yourself WHY? Hope this help some!!0

night eating sucks. two thoughts. you can put them on the day before and put them behind you or you can put them on the new day and be hungry because you ate someof those calories in the middle of the night. i recommned the day before because you are just setting yourself up for failure if you put them on the new day. try to make sure you have nothing yummy or that you have something yummy but low cal if you do eat in the middle of the night.0
